Zoe Carrasco and Jessica Moncada have worked behind the stick in several well known and highly respected Bay Area bars and restaurants including Flora, Pizzaiolo, Chez Panisse, Dona Tomas, and Bourbon & Branch. From their years of experience, they have gained an extensive knowledge of the food service and bar business. Now, they are about to create their own - Doble Bar - and will bring their expertise and taste to your event.

Doble Bar will provide a specific style of bar experience, as our focus will be on providing unique, seasonable, and delicious cocktails. With care and attention to detail, we expect to collaborate with the food service provider/caterer and our client to create a cocktail menu especially suited to the event and to the budget.
